Automated Fulfillment
When a customer places an order, here's what happens automatically:
- Order Created - Customer completes checkout
- Payment Verified - Stripe confirms payment
- Order Synced - Sent to fulfillment center
- Product Picked - Item pulled from warehouse
- Package Shipped - Shipped with tracking
- Customer Notified - Email with tracking link
Average Processing Time: 2-4 hours
Order Dashboard
View all orders from: Orders → All Orders
Order Statuses:
- 🟡 Pending: Awaiting fulfillment
- 🔵 Processing: Being prepared
- 🟢 Shipped: In transit
- ✅ Delivered: Completed
- 🔴 Cancelled: Order cancelled
Order Details
Click any order to see:
- Customer information
- Products ordered (with images)
- Shipping address
- Payment details
- Tracking number
- Fulfillment status
Manual Actions
Sometimes you need to intervene:
Cancel an Order
- Open order details
- Click "Cancel Order"
- Confirm cancellation
- Refund processed automatically
Update Shipping Address
- Open order details
- Click "Edit Shipping Address"
- Update address
- Click "Save & Sync"
Changes sync to fulfillment center.
Tracking Updates
Tracking updates automatically:
- Order shipped → Tracking email sent
- Out for delivery → Notification sent
- Delivered → Confirmation email
Notifications
Customers receive emails for:
- ✅ Order confirmation
- ✅ Order shipped
- ✅ Out for delivery
